AI Employees are just like normal employees, they will sometimes make mistakes! Our internal AI Engineering team give our AI feedback on an individual and daily basis. We can always retrain the AI Employees on how they need to hand calls or text conversations with learenrs. We have had them helping our internal enrolment team for 4 months as of writing this and we have not had one major incident!
The AI Team follow up is natural and conversational. We use longer wait times the further a learner progresses down our follow up campaign e.g on day two we may wait a day before following up. On day 10 we will wait 5 days between follow up and on day 30 we will wait 10 days before following up. The learners are given the option to opt out at any time.
We have multiple payment options, you can pay for AI Employees over a 3, 6 or 12 month period. Just think of them as a normal employee that you would need to give one month notice to if you were to move on from them

Our CRM tracks every appointment book, conversation held and records all voice calls for training. Your customer success manager will be feeding this back to you weekly, with improvements and updates.

We believe your team should take a second stage 'interview/call' with learners. It helps weed out the time wasters. It always good for your internal team sense check learners as well.
Our AI team are capable of dealing with learners and any issues they may have. The goal of our AI team is to book further appointments for enrolment with your team once the learner has been checked for eligibility. If they are struggling to do this, they will always refer to your internal team for guidance.
View our AI team as you would any other team. They need training and guidance on how you want to do things and following that feedback on how they are doing. Our AI Engineers will take information from you on how you want your bots to be trained and then add this to the AI prompting. We will assess daily and give feedback so the AI can learn.
